  This place certainly is a hoot. It's somehow part of "The Party Place" business, in that it's coffee in the front, party in the back (you have to go through the coffee shop to get to the party rental room). I have to assume that the coffee shop is a retreat for the grown-ups while the kids hoot and holler in the other room.
  
  But the coffee is good, and the place quite relaxing during the week. The staff is also quite friendly. There are paninis and pastries to be had, but I've only been using it as a quiet place to escape for coffee over the lunch hour, and have not tried them.

  As a busy grad student, this place is a perfect hang out spot when I have an hour or three to kill in between work and appointments. The coffee is amazing, eclipsed only by the kombucha, the food is high quality, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The artwork is always exquisite and always changing, and it's quiet during the week. The weekends are a little more hectic due to the party venue in the back of the space. Highly recommended as a study spot or just a pop-in visit to take in the atmosphere and great fare.
